Festiva Resorts Festiva did not provide the vacation that was promised. Resorts that was promised were not the resorts that were displayed. The resort was substandard mole infested category 1 type of rooms. New Orleans Louisiana

We have been with Festiva Resorts for a couple of years and have never taken any vacations to the home based resorts because they were never available for booking. My husband and I finally were approved to exchange our points to go to the Dominican and when we got there the resort was horrible. It wasn't the resort that was advertised and the rooms were substandard. We had to move to a different room 4 times before finally moving to what they called an upgraded room that we had to pay additional for. I would not advise anyone to sign up with these people.
