Saw Ad in local paper of weekend for $99.00. Sounds great to people who do not have money for beach weekend. Go and take tour after staying in a lesser area than promised. Free items promised not within timeframe of stay so you really get nothing for your trip other than a pressure presentation.

On our first trip we explained to the sales person we were not interested due to the fact my husband was disabled and we really could not travel. When my husband stepped away to the rest room the salesperson totally insulted me by saying I was being selfish and should take this offer for my husband. We left and when we returned home I reported the incident.

Well we were then promised a free weekend on them for the way we were treated. Then we were sugar coated and talked into buying just a package with all the thrills of exchange and selling of packages to get out money back. We have never been able to use the package and when we have tried to sell we were once again sucked into paying for our timeshare to be sold. Never one single offer and never one call back.

My husband is now deceased and I have a timeshare that I cannot even pay the maintenance fees on which more than doubled what we were told on the initial visit the first year. I am told if I do not pay the fees they will put it on my credit. I am so disgusted that I would almost give this thing away just to get out from under the yearly fees. I am stuck with something that I cannot ever get rid off. How do these salesmen sleep at night knowing that they are taking advantage of people who really need the monies?
