FHA ALL DAY In early March I have been contacted by Jeremy Todd if indeed that was is real name about remodifying my home loan. I gave his company a check of $3500 and being promised the proces will take 30 to 90 days. After sending all the documents requested by me, to get in contact with them is impossible. I am 4 months behind on my Citi Mortgage with the possibility of losing my home. Please help. Thanks Boca Raton Florida

I have been rippof by FHA ALL DAY. The company has promised to remodifying my home loan for a fee of $3,500. After they received the money overnight by Fed Ex, they had contacted me to send all my documents which I did the next day and a call phone was made to them to ensure that they had receive all the documents and it was confirmed.
Couple days later I called to folow up and they told me that they have not received all the documents and requested some more. I refax all the duments again and was confirmed by them that they have been received. I called again after couple days just to follow up, later on I received approximately three e-mails from them requesting the same information that was previously sent and was told that they were received. Just to make sure, they were fax to them again.
A month later I tried to call them regarding the status of the loan modification, I have not have a chance to speak to anyone, furthermore the website stated that they are no longer accepting any application at this time and a phone number is posted to call. I made several attempts to call the mail box is full and they are no other way to speak to anyone. Meanwhile my mortgage is 4 to 5 months behind and City Mortgage has already put a lock on my door which I am in the process of negotiating with them right now. I am a very hard worker, I possess two jobs in order to provide to my 4 children. I worked day shift and night shifts and I am unable to help my kids with their homework and give them a good night kiss it hurts a lot. Any help to retrieve my money will be very much appreciated.

Why didn't you just send the $3500 to your mortgage lender? I bet it would've taken care of a bunch of payments.
