FIA CARD SERVICES (BANK OF AMERICA) NO CREDIT REFUND ON MERCHANDISE RETURNED. WILMINGTON Delaware

GMAC mortgage mastercard by FIA card services(Bank Of America) is a total rip off, here's how: First this credit card company has no dispute department especially on large purchases. If you make a large purchase, if their is a problem with your purchase, or if you return the merchandise back to the merchant, this credit card company will not credit your account even with documents to support your claim, as in my case. Second: If this credit card company does put your account on dispute, you are charged interest on your account while on dispute as told by the Vise President of Bank of America. He told me that this credit card company is governed by mastercard international who are getting kick-backs from the merchant and are strickly in business for the merchant, not the comsumer!!!! As in my case.. This credit card company has no fraud department. IF you make a purchase and the merchant sells you fraudulent merchandise or information, this credit card company will not give you credit or refund your acount, even though they say" you are not responsible for fraudulent charges. " As in my case If you have other Bank Of America accounts and a card like this one from FIA Card services they will not link them together on-line nor, will you be allowed to pay your FIA CARD SERVICE ACCOUNT AT A BANK OF AMERICA BANK BRANCH because their not linked together, As in my case. This credit card that has the GMAC mortgage MASTERCARD logo was designed to buy down your mortgage . HOWEVER, what they do not tell you is that you need $2,500 DOLLARS in purchases in order to receive $25.00 dollars toward principle on your mortgage and is only credited every four months .This means that you just added zero dollars toward your mortgage because of the interest YOU PAY on the $2,500 dollars in purchases. Is't that a kick. This puts you in more in debt than not. WE all need to help stop credit card companIes like FIA CARD SERVICES for misleading the public.
