Ficka And Associates Collection agency scam !! Orlando Florida

I am a small business owner in tampa florida. I enlisted Flicka and Associates through www.usacreditrecovery.com to do collections. I gave them five accounts to start totaling approx $5k. I luckily had the insight not to give them all my collections without seeing results first. This all started June of 2006. They were very helpful at first but "pushy" for me to place all my collections with them. They claim recovery on two of the five accounts within 30 days (impressive) but it took literally 120 days for me to receive my first check, which was only an installment payment. I received one more payment and then no further payments. After a few months of no reply to repeated emails and phone calls, i gave up. I thought it best to cut my losses.
What really upset me and pushed me to write this review is the fact that i spoke with the one of the individuals i had referred to Ficka months later still attempting to collect anything from him myself. He became enraged I was calling and after calming down, advised me that he had paid Ficka and associates the full amount of $1500 months ago ! Ficka never even told me they recovered on that account but rather kept the entire amount for themselves. Unbeliveable business practices.
Forget about getting someone to call you or give you a straight answer.
"our manager will call you back" is the common reply to irate business owners.
