Fidelity Life Association Fidelity Life Insurance...uses phone number: 800-369-3990 unauthorized debit of funds Nationwide

Fidelity Life Association was authorized to debit 172 dollars from my checking account once every three months.  I was prepaid SIX months ahead.  Without any written notice, letter , or any other communication electronic, oral, or print...billed my checking account 1885.50 without my knowledge.  There were no policy changes and I was already paid through late december ( it  happened in mid september).   They didn't contact me, warn me, or tell me of this over  TEN times increase in fees/premiums.  None of these charges were due within the next four months .   Their service department was horrible and said I needed to write them letters to correct the situation.

  Even when a rep said that ," Yes we took it...and No it wasn't due...and we didn't send any notice...there's nothing we can do."  It still fell on me....as a twenty plus year great customer that was prepaid by SIX months...to fix the problems.  They don't care if you have checks bounce because of this.  It was akin to organized theft.  TWO different customer service agents (Marie and Kesa ) said...yes this is common.  The customer service reps are not authorized to FIX the problems.  I can tell by other RIPOFF REPORTS and other internet blog sites that this is COMMON PRACTICE for this company.   DO not let them be authorized to debit your bank accounts.  You'll have the same thing that happened to me (and read Glenna K)....happen to you.   I'm still waiting for my refund.
