I spend 3300 on an extended warranty for my BMW and this company did not send the payment to the warranty company. Now I have no coverage on my car. What do I do? I'm so angry that this company had never sent the payment to Alpha in two months.

The way the first line is written: "I spend 3300 on an extended warranty for my BMW and this company did not send the payment to the warranty company." indicates the fault lies with the company or dealer you purchased the warranty through, not a fault of Fidelity Warranty Company.
I work in the service department of an automotive dealership and have dealt with Fidelity Warranty company on numerous occasions and have always found them to be the easiest to deal with out of all other warranty companies.
