Fidelity warranty services Nalley honda Doesn't honor warranty agreement Deerfieldbeach, Florida

Bought a warranty for our Honda Odyssey to protect ourselves because it was a used vehicle. Told that's we were covered the minute we made our first initial payment. We were happy to have a warranty that would protect us from future problems.

We started to notice smoke coming from the hood and decided to brimg I into Nalley Honda of Union City, Ga. where we bought the vehicle. They provided ude with a rental and told us not to worry, it would be taken care of. That's when the cold shoulder came into effect.

Our vehicle was held at the dealership for a week before we were told the warranty company refused to fix our vehicle because they felt the problem with our vehicle occurred a while back (Why would we buy a vehicle with problems). We called the warranty company and was given the run-around by a rude agent.

We have recently contacted the BBB and are awaiting a response. NEVER buy a warranty from this company!
