Fifth third Bank Trying to refinance for SIX MONTHS still not done TOTALLY FRUSTRATED. NO ONE AT COMPANY CAN MAKE A DECISION OR COMMUNICATE PROPERLY WITH GOOD CUSTOMER. cincinnati, Ohio

Already a customer with fifth third applied for a hasp loan and the day before closing they said to bring 6800.00.Totally supprised by this and the bank rep could not explain why. Went to a broker RAPID MORTGAGE they ended up using fifth third had to get an apprasial, (another rip off) which became a whole other issue and still cant get this done. I am already a customer with fifth third not asking for anything extra just the better intrest rate and no one can give me a good reason why they cant do this. "Oh its the government."
