We had a contract to install the electrical portion of a Fifth Third Bank in Shadyside area of Pittsburgh PA. There are many new Fith Third Banks comming into the Pittsburgh area. We got the contract in August of 2007 and we finished the contract successfully in October 2007.
It is now over a year and we still have not been paid in full for the contract nor any extra work. We were promissed full payment. I have a few accounts with Fith Third Bank and if I am late with a payment I would get fee out the wazzoo. Wher is the justice. Do they think they are special. Maybe I need fee's out the wazzoo. for waiting over a year for payment.

Isn't there a General Contractor between you and the bank who should be responsible for paying you? Did you contract directly with the bank? Have you applied a lien on their property?
