have all of you had enough of these crooks....i did and went to flagstar bank..
they do not put a hold on your payroll chech and they do not stack up debits
and tier them from the biggest to the smallest......remember that fifth third got money from the feds....i would never do business with them ever again

but this bank has the same policies, if you read your disclosures they still put holds on checks depending on where they are from and how big they are.

Payment Order of Items
The law permits us to pay items (such as checks or drafts) drawn on your account in any order. To assist you in handling your account with us, we are providing you with the following information regarding how we process the items that are drawn against your account. When processing several items that are drawn against your account and that are presented to us for payment on the same day, our policy is to pay them according to the dollar amount. We pay the items with the highest dollar amount first. The order in which items are paid is important if there is not enough money in your account to pay all of the items that are presented.

So your new bank.... is exactly the same.
