I was charged over $200.00 in overdraft fees in one weekend. I was overdrawn for one charge but they charged me fees for everything that was charged even though they were not posted to my account.

When I talked to them they stated there customers requested that they posted the highest dollar transactions first not by the date of the transaction. Well I am a customer and I was never asked. They are doing this because they know they will get a lot more money because they can charge customers multiple times for small amounts instead of only once for a large amount.

This company is not willing to work with customers and has no compassion for customers as people. In this day and age if it was not so difficult to not have a bank account it would be beneficial to people to go back to keeping there money in a sock under there mattress.
At least then you would have your money and not the banks taking it all in fees.

Take some responsibility

AUTHOR: D K - (U.S.A.)

YOU overdrafted YOUR account. It is common knowledge that banks post transactions that post on the same day from highest to lowest.. and they DID NOT charge you for amounts that had not posted to your account.. that has to be a lie, because how on earth would they know about charges if they had not bee made... take responsibility.. YOU overdrafted YOUR account, this is YOUR fault, not the banks. If YOU had not spent money that YOU did not have, this would not have happened.

I do not work for or bank with this company... I use have some common sense and take responsibility for my actions.
