Hello Kam,

You will not have to find your first client all by yourself, we are here to help every step of the way. As we discussed before, regarding the live training process, remember that we will close your first cash advance client for you and with you. This is done on a three-way conference call between the client, yourself, and Financial Associates. While we are closing the client, at that same time you will be completing the application. Once this three-way conference call is closed and completed, you and I will now acknowledge that you are an expert at filling out the application completely and correctly! You also will have listened to Financial Associates make a proper presentation and close to that client, therefore, accomplishing the following: You and Financial Associates will know that you are comfortable in filling out that application completely and correctly. You and Financial Associates have built confidence in your ability to make the presentation correctly and in a very professional manner. You will now receive your first commission check from the funded amount and the return of your deposit in less than 10 days. Financial Associates will initialize your marketing campaign and your mail out to 5,000 businesses will be sent out immediately. Please note that we require you to set up that three-way call. We will tell you who to call and you may set that appointment at any time it is convenient for you and the client. Keep in mind we are available 7 days a week 9am to 8pm eastern standard time.

Now there are several options regarding who to call depending on what your comfortable with. I suggest using the cold call phone script in your training manual as a helpful tool. The best businesses to call are: -Restaurants -Liquor Stores -Retail/Beauty Shops -Accountants All of these business are also the ones most frequently funded by us. Now businesses that are on a very thin ice with us and suggest staying away from are: -Furniture Stores -Gas Stations -Auto Repair Shops One more suggestion to make it a little easier when cold calling is if the business owner is at all skeptical then kindly ask him if he could simply send you a copy of one of his processing statements and we will show him that same day how much money we can save him before he makes any other decisions. I hope this is helpful to you Kam. Thank You. Sincerely, Paul Mandel CEO Financial Associates - -

My response to the above email is as follows:

Dear Mr. Mandel,

This latest email from you is a FLAGRANT VIOLATION of what we discussed on the phone PRIOR to my sending you my completed application on May 22nd, along with the $1,488.00. At that time, when I asked you about finding the first client, you SPECIFICALLY STATED that you have "more business than you can handle all over the country" and that you would find that first client for me, and then call me in a 3-way Conference Call to simply CLOSE THE DEAL. When I asked you if I had to go Cold-Calling or going Door-to-Door, you SPECIFICALLY STATED that No, that was not the case, but that you already had the customers, but just wanted a local presence to service those customers. You said that you needed the $1,488 to send to your demographics department in order to find me a LIST OF BUSINESSES to call. This is STATED CLEARLY IN THE APPLICATION PACKAGE that you sent me, and is a MATTER OF RECORD. Now you are doing an about-face and telling me to go cold-calling and door-to-door to find the first client.

You have broken the Rules Of Engagement under which I signed with you as an Affiliate. You have reneged on those Rules and thereby rendered it NULL and VOID.

The following statement in your most recent email: "Keep in mind we are available 7 days a week 9am to 8pm eastern standard time " is also a FLAGRANT LIE since I have found it impossible to get a hold of you for over a week now. You have not returned any of my phone calls, of which I have a complete record and log of every email and phone call I have made to you. Please do not insult either myself or yourself by continuing this charade any longer. I hereby TERMINATE the AFFILIATE relationship and demand an IMMEDIATE REFUND OF MY $1,488.00, as stated clearly in my email of 4 hours ago. I trust you will do the RIGHT THING and Please mail by Cashier's Check or United States Government Money Order, the sum of $1,488.00 to myself at my Scottsdale address.

Yours truly, (My name)

You need to file a report with the FTC, I don't think the BBB is good enough for this situation.

The FBI will get involved if there are enough complaints filed at www.ic3.gov so make sure you do that
