I was swindled out of my money with Financing Alternatives Inc almost a year ago. I saw their advertisement on television and, at the time I thought it was a great deal. I chose to go ahead with the purchase of a new computer through this company because my credit is not that great. I paid this company $71.98 every two weeks out of my account for 6 months.
Well after six months of payment to this company, I found myself being laid off from my job. I immediately called FAI to inform them that I am no longer able to make payments on their product for which I have never seen. So, I informed them that I would like to cancel and receive whatever monies that I have paid them year to date. They informed me that I was not eligible to get my money back. That I could instead start my account back up once I started back working.
When I found work, I contacted FAI to restart my account however, when I called them, the number no longer existed. I am completely disgusted and I feel that they should get whats coming to them. People work too hard everyday just to have someone pull this kind of scam on hard working individuals. I am looking forward to getting my money back. No matter how long it takes.

Go to the State of Virginia Attorney General website and file a complaint against this scum. The AG in Virginia has filed to freeze the company's assets with this deadbeat, so they are aware of the issue. It seems this scumbag was taking people's money from all over the US and not providing the computers. Good luck, but I seriously doubt you will receive anything from this loser.
