Placed order for three items on 13 December. It has been a month since the payment was processed via paypal. I have attempted to contact them via their website (contact us) page; no response. I replied to their email account that contacted me when I initially placed the order; no response. I contacted them again for the same Gmail account and still no response. It's been a month with no items shipped and I'm still out almost $70. I checked the BBB and they have 3 other unresolved complaints and a F rating. I'll be making my BBB post shortly on this matter. I tried calling their phone numbers available via the BBB and none of them actually work and none are listed on their website.

The website firebirdarts.com does not function for account login, lost password, or checking order status. Shipping options are completely vague and no not give any idea as to when they will be shipped.

The long and short of it. They will take your money and never talk to you again. Do not shop here.
