First Advantage Verification Inc. Incompetent Idiots, Horrible company!! Internet

This has been the WORST 3 weeks of my life!!!!  All because I have had the displeasure of dealing with Verification INC, aka First Advantage.

My (hopefully) employer uses these idiots to perform background checks, after I was offered the position, and told it was contigent on my background.  There is nothing there, no criminal records, my resume is accurate, so this should be a breeze. Ha ha!!

I get a email stating I need to fill out the release forms, for previous employers, and schools.  I send them back within the hour.  A few days later, I get an identical email, I comply, and resent everything again.  2 days later I call them, to verify they have everything they need, they say no "your SS# is not matching your name, so the process was halted"?  I ask them to tell me what they have, the number they have is off by one digit, the CSR says in her thick, very hard to understand tongue, "someone must've input it wrong" well get started right away. OK, im frustrated, but thinking things will surely get moving now. 2 days later I receive an email stating that I never attended the high school listed on my resume.  Nevermind I also have a college degree.  I call to ensure they have my corect hs information.  You guessed it NO!!!!  They were trying to get verification from a high school in New Jersey, when I went to school in Virginia!! of course they could'nt verify anything!!!  Another CSR that barely speaks broken English tells me my file was mixed with another candidates!! Really?!!!  So I send a fax to my high school with Verifications fax number attached, and ask them to please send the info.  I should be getting paid, for doing their job!!  I cannot understand for the life of me, how big national corporations depend on these idiots for anything.

I also received several emails addressed to another victim of theirs, I wrote them several times to tell them they had the wrong address.  If I was a crook, I had all this individuals personal info, including current employer!!

Businesses PLEASE stay away from this company, someone said they are the best, there is no way possible that's true, they are definitely the worst EVER.

Applicants if your new job tells you they're using this company, prepare yourself a few stiff drinks, this is gonna be a long, grueling process, in the end you may not even want the job, or your hair either!!!
