First American Home Warrenty Call to file claim on AC on 5/15 was told theyt could not find contract and for me to find my own Nationwide

Hello all this is what happen with this company. On 5/15 I called to make a claim on my AC unit with was not cooling. Talked to the service department who told me that theywere unable to find a contractor and for me to locate on. Which i did i call Fox Service and paid the 148.00 service fee which i was told i will be repaid. Well here it is 5/16 and my AC is still not fix and the claim been denided according to them it was a pre exsisting problem.Due to lack of preventive maintenace and that the unit is 19yrs old. Hell I have only been in the home last than 3 weeks. One of the CSR told me i should have looked at the unit my self to make sure it was clean. I have know clue how a AC unit works much less what it is suppose to look like clean after 19yrs of use. They even told me to go after the previous owners for the repairs that what the homew warreny is suppose to cover according to the Rep. that called me daily while i was purchasing my home told me is everything is covered (NOT). Now Here i sit in my home with busted AC and 3 disable family members. And all First Amercan do is state not covered it is pre exsisting. So like the rest of you whom have been suuckerd by them i am now in the group of screwed by FIRST AMERICAN HOME WARRENTY. What the worst of it all i have the premium plan which is suppose to cover all this.

Well after spend most of the calling them and them stating we will call you back their computors are dowm but they want me to send the the service via email. But as I and everyone know that when your computor is down emial does not work either. Just for humor i offered to call a service tech to work on thier computor with a service fee just like the charge everyone else.
