Dear Friends, If you are ready to waste your money, Time, Patience and good manners...go ahead and hire this people for your tax debt mediation.

Almost a year ago I contract this people to mediate with IRS "another MOB gang" my tax debt in order to get a better deal and reduce my monthly payments, for that reason I explain very clearly to this guy David Guerrero (7732506074) that the settlement I had with IRS wasn’t the one I want and because I may have some cash available to make an offer, I thought that a better arrangement can be done, for what He told: yes, of course we can help, he explain to me that if they reach a negotiation that fully satisfice my expectations, the fees will be $1500.00 but for the negotiator start to deal my situation I had to pay $750.00 at front and the balance when the deal is placed in a new settlement.

After three months of not hearing anything about them I called again, this guy Guerrero apologies and said that he’s going to call me back later when he knows what’s going on, didn’t called, but 2 days later I received an email with a copy of an IRS balance report..(?)...that I have every year so , I waited.

Another 2 months later, I called again and is when everything started. Thousands of Calls, intents to reach  another customer assistant or somebody because I felt like Guerrero knows or ID my number so he didn’t answer, finally I came across another guy Daniel Hernandez (7732506025) sounds nice guy promise help and explained to me that the thing is: this guy Guerrero made a mistake when he enter my case because the company does not offer representation to people that already have a settlement with the IRS so he should manage to get my money back, and if he does not help I should contact to MR Arthur Vinob (a Ghost in the machine) NEVER answer, never call back and idiot with office probably.

Thousands of calls again, I found somebody in the Customer Service department Dustin Kauffman or something like this(7733036340) who definitely sounds, and actually mention to me, that he was the most helpful guy on the company b*******!!!...let me check your case Mr Coria...Hummmm yes your right, you should be entitled to get your money back apologies again, I will forward a document to your email for you to sign and fax it back and that’s it, cool I said finally.jajajaja...never get it so here we go again, thousands of calls, messages, insults...no reaction! and also looks like Mr Dustin ID my number cause never answered again.

So people 7 months in this deal and defeated, I don’t know If I’m doing something stupid but here is my number 4075796144, call me... let me fax or email my documents to you before you get ripped. I’m reporting this also in the BBB web I will contact the Federal trade and commission and why not, send a letter to my state attorney, but the time, energy happiness and probably the money, which at this point I don’t care much, are already losses.
