First american tax defense, First american tax said they would help me w/ student loans I paid 800 dollars to them Chicago, Illinois

I called this company and they told me they could help me and  since I work in health care that I would have a 0 balance. They charged me 800.  

I talk to an attorney and he told me to check into it. I called the company and told the lady that I was not going to go along with this program and how my attorney doesn't trust this co. She explained that this is legit and she would email the Obama article about student loan forgiveness.  

The young lady told me that I would receive discharge papers in 3 months. In May I called the co. The phones go straight to a tmobile voice mail. The website is down. I'm out of $ 800.00.  I'm a single mother and those people are cruel.
