This company contacted me and offered a Visa/MasterCard with 9.5% interest and no annual and a credit limit of $2500 on Visa or masterCard for a total 0f $5000 credit limit. They deducted $199.00 from my account on February 13, 2002 and promised the card in 4-8 weeks.

Of course that time came and went along with and the two weeks that Tony promised on May 3, 2002. Which must have been a mistake because I have been unable to reach anyone since that time.
