First Cash International Lance Martin, Joe Brown Collection Company Internet, California

call received today on cell phone from Lance Martin with collection agency for First Cash International stating that I was being sued for a pay day loan that was never paid.   I have never done a pay day loan, never heard of this company.   According to him I am supposed to appear in court in California on Monday.   Of course I have had no other correspondence on any such matter but they are going to mail paper work.   He was asking me to verify my information, bank acct., rt. number, etc.   Of course, I never verified but it is scary that there are things like that out there.   What can we do about these things?
