First Cash International Harassing phone calls claiming they are going to sue me. Biggs, California

A man from this company contacted me via my cell phone several months ago, threatening me with a lawsuit and insisting "my lawyer" should contact him immediantely concerning a loan I was given and never repaid. I, pretty bluntly, told him he was nuts and I have never had a loan that I didn't repay amd to never contact me again.  He called my boss on the company phone and demanded he terminate my employment immediately. My boss told him that he had no authority to tell him what to do and the guy said the governor of CA gave him the authority.

He then said he would be faxing paperwork stating such, but none was ever received...of course.  I contacted the FBI and they asked me to bring any paperwork into their office...none was. I assumed that would be the end of it.

Today, once again, they called on my home phone, leaving a message.  It was the same voice, tone, accent and demands I remembered from the last time, months ago.  Both saying that if I or my attorney didn't return the message "all I can do is wish you luck as the situation unfolds before you".  I called the number when I got home, not out of fear, but just the fact that enough is enough.  I know I have never had a loan that I didn't repay, plus I know it was the same people from before.

The man, "Michael Harris" knew the last 4 of my social sercurity number, my sister's and partner's first names and my address.  He said he is mailing information about the "lawsuit", contacting my employers and my contacts...from what I could make out...he sounds like he is from Vietnam....the same dialect.

I'm not paying them a penny and would be surprised if I receive any mail from them, but their harassing phone calls are getting very old!!  I have been wondering "why me?" until I did a search for their company and was directed to Ripoff Report.  I was glad to see so many people fighting back against this company!

I wasn't sure my boss believed me about not actually owing this person, so I was happy to find the news video someone posted on YouTube and forwarded it to him.  At last, some proof.  Not that I was worried about losing my job over this, but I don't like the cloud of doubt over my reputation at work.
