The software was Miss-represented on the website as a Retail Box with Free Shipping. The Part Number listed a Disk with Key Code.
I never received any physical materials. I was only offerd a Digital Download with an email containing a Key Code.
I contacted Microsoft about this sotware. They told me this was not a Retail sale product, but was for Developers with a MS Account. That this software would not be Valid for install on a replacement/upgrade PC.
I have received not responce from First Choice regarding these issure and Demand for a Refund.
PayPal has yet to respond to my Calim for a Refund...
These Guys Are Frauds...!
