First Choice Design Ripped off and no support Galesburg, Illinois

I follwed a link from Ebay to the First Choice Design website.  I purchased Microsoft Office Home and Student 2010.  I get an email the following day providing a link for a download.  At first I saw that the link was for Professional Plus 2010.  As no one said anything about an upgrade I held off and emailed the support link.

The next day I see that the email I sent to the support link was undeliverable.  So I tried their website.  And I have not heard back from them in 2 days.  I just called their phone number this morning, at 7:45 in the morning, and got a message that all their agents are busy and to try a different email address.

I tried that email address but I'm pretty sure I wont hear a response.  I think I'm going to report to BBB and the FTC, and then see about getting my money back.  I went through paypal.
