First Choice Design $69.99 Rip Off. 17 Days later and nothing. Can't get in touch. No Microsoft Office 2007. Don't fall for this company's scam!!! Galesburg, Illinois

I first purchased a brand new "Microsoft Office Home & Student 2007" Edition from First Choice Design on March 21. It is now April 11, still no package, or follow up email as they promised. They do not answer the phone number provided, saying all day long that they are too busy with customers to come to the phone and to respond to their customer support email, which is bogus as well. You won't receive any correspondence what-so-ever. I should have known they were scam right away when my receipt didn't show any Credit Card number under payment info, just "Online Credit Card." No tax charged either. They promised a follow up email once item was shipped, but alas, none was ever sent. 

When I entered their name in google all I got back was a list of SCAM REPORTS, so that's when my stomach sank. I guess I'm far from the only person who got ripped off by this criminal enterprise. How do they still stay open for "business?" I don't understand how not one department of criminal justice or better business practices have shut them down yet! What is the wait? Where are the lawyers? I will surely be filing a claim with the BBB. 

I'm up for a class action. Any (legitimate) takers out there?
