I have been trying to get in touch with First Consumers National Bank to resolve my credit card account. I only keep getting bills in the mail with the interest rate ridicuously going and of course the payment sky rocketing through the roof. I'm afraid for my credit. I know that by now it has affected my credit. Please help.
