FCNB has got to be at the top of the preditory loan shark list! When the june bill, due in July, arrived I received notice that the late fee was going up to 35.00. I didn't think twice about this, most banks are raising fees, until, the July payment that was mailed the second week of June, never posted to my account.

On top of the "NON-POSTING" of payment mailed, the newly raised 35.00 late fee was added to my account! Isn't that just priceless?

Attempts to reach this bank are usless, as the phone numbers on the back of the statement are no longer valid.

In checking with the BBB, I have found that the complaints are rolling in on this company. All the same, late fees added to accounts, and payments not posted.

Any one that has a VALID phone number to reach these people Please let me know
