On May 14, 2013 I received a phone call from First Consumers/Randy Wilis.  He stated they were a government agency sending medical cards to Senior Citzens on Social Security.

My card #  would be 080 543 2709 and it would not cost me any money.  He said, in order to do this, they had to verify my identity by confirming my correct checking account routing number.  There would be no release of proprietary information because the routing number is on all checks written already in public domain.  He said $396.10 would be covered by the medical card; he gave this number to contact him: 866-906-2688.

As documents show, they evaded bank security.  I suspect bank security was defeated by the check masqueing as a deposit by endorsement authorization "code" and once inside, the computer read the script language as debit without authorization required by piggybacking another check.

When I got my bank statement for the May activity, I saw two withdrawls for the same check, a legitimate debit and the rues, First Consumers for $396.10.  I went to the bank asking that the $396.10 be returned to my account and was informed that because the $396.10 came in as a check, they could not facilitate my request.  An option to recover the $396.10 would be small claims court.

On several occasions, I tried to contact First Consumers to get them to refund my money.  There has been no response from them. I tried 877-226-3202 and their 866-906-2688 numbers. My last effort will be to write their Dallas, TX office which will be in the mail by weaks end.

In my original draft, I made an incorrect print of the name of the trickster.  The correct name is Consumer First!  The correct address -101 Lindenwood Drive, Suite 225, Malvern, PA. A small detail, weak should be week.  All the other details are correct.
