First Consumers National Bank ripoff Is there any justice? Hicksville New York

For all of the consumers who experienced this unfortunate situation, I am firm believer that "Unjust will never prosper!" In a situation like this I would like to point the finger at someone but unfortunately no one seems to be available. Yes, I too have become a victim of this fraudulent crime. I believe Spiegel and its affiliates are somewhat caught up in this mess. I had credit with FCNB in the past and I thought it would be pleasure doing business with them again. To my suprise it has been a nightmare.

There is no one available to even correspond with. Personally, I feel that once Spiegel filed bankruptcy this merchant,FCNB, is on a vengence with the credit card holders; making it impossible to seek any resolution. The complaints you are hearing are from consumers who are attempting to make payments this should tell somebody something. "We are credit worthy people."

The irony about this whole thing is I still receive catalogs and credit applications from those individuals. What would make them even think I would consider applying for new credit? This is really bad business!
