The FCNB Card Processing Center, taking over the old Spiegel Charge Cards has charged me late fees, increased my interest rate, and credited my payments to other's accounts.

Although they have the following two phone #'s that I was able to track down - 516.576.8706 and 866.888.8992, all correspondence has to be done through the mail. Guess what? They always say they don't receive my letters. How convenient.

This company must be stopped. I've contacted the Michigan Attorney General's Office, I received this nice post card back basically stating that I was only one person, and they would not help. I'm sending off a complaint to the NY Attorney's office today.

Send your complaints in! The more who complain the better our chances to resolve our issues with this Ripoff Company.
