First Extended Service Corp C/O Future Ford Of Sacramento, ca Future Ford of Sacramento sold us this bogus Extended service agreement that did not Extend anything, and when trying to contact this company we were hung up on. we feel that this company is a rip off dallas, Texas

We purchased a extended service warranty from first extended when we purchased our car in 2006 from Future Ford of Sacramento.  we had an engine failure it was caught before severe damage occured.  when contacting the dealer who we bought this car from and who also sold us this extended agreement,  we had no luck getting any where,  future ford did not want to talk to us because we had an extended warranty,  first extended said that we had no coverage that it expired at the same time as the factory warranty,   (What was Extended???)  Then the hung up on me. and now when they hear that the call is from me we are disconnected.
I feel that since ford was acting as their agent and is noted as the selling dealer that they should step up and make sure that our car gets fixed,  It has been almost a year since this whole fiascal started , still no resolutions.

WARNING::: Dont buy from Future Ford of Sacramento or any other dealer selling a Extended warranty from First Extended Service Corp------You Will be sorry if you do--TRUST ME
