I purchased a 98 Trans Am about 8 months ago with FESC extended warrenty. I took my car to the GMC shop they contacted FESC to see what they would cover. Now I am not a geniues But I do know a pretty good bit about cars. The rattle sounded like a bad lifter which could mean a wore out camshaft. Or it could be bad vaulves. I any case either can leave a person on the side of the road when it goes. Now they said that nothing was tore up so they would not cover it. Now I am not paying $500 a month and didn't pay all that money for a warrenty just to drive my car around untill it "breaks". I am talking to them myself now.
