FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE, FIRST FRANKIN HAS PREDITORY MODIFICATIONS TOO! Pittsburgh Pennsylvania

When my spouse died last August, I contacted First Franklin to see what my options were. For 5 months First Franklin stalled a decision. I called, faxes, wrote letters, and sent emails. In December I continued calling until I spoke with the Resolution Department. They said that they were doing the best they could. They had thousands of calls to deal with.
BUT....They filed Foreclosure in September while I was working with them.

First Franklin agreed to modify my loan but demanded money up front and charged fees that were to be paid in addition to the $15,000 they added for Interest and Foreclosure Filing.

The modification increased my principal by $15,000.
My payments went up over $600 a month. I paid the new payments for 6 months and went broke. My payment was changed to $1900 a month for a home valued at $140,000. They WAY over appraised the home to begin with. My principal is over $195,000.

This company is RUTHLESS!
