First Priority Pay Priority Pay Payroll IRS tax payments late and for less than amount deducted from bank account. Hoboken, New Jersey

First Priority Pay Payroll did not make the 941 tax payments on time or in the amount deducted from my business bank account from 4th quarter 2008 to the 3rd quarter of 2009.  The 941 for the 3rd quarter of 2009 was not made at all and the amount deducted from my bank account never reached the IRS.

I am now corresponding with the IRS to postpone the levies issued against my business and personal accounts.

I am interested in working with anyone organizing a class action lawsuit against this company.
