First Priority Pay Priority Pay Did NOT pay IRS withdrawn payroll tax Hoboken, New Jersey

Factually, First Priority Pay / Priority Pay payroll company withheld state and Federal payroll taxes from the three employees and our small company and did not submit the monies to the appropriate taxing body until we spent hours documenting and telephoning/emailing. Finally, after filing a fraudulent tax preparer complaint with the IRS, we have evidence that the taxes are paid but are still waiting for response on the resulting late penalties.

I cannot speak to the latest news of Mr. Jerry Carter's (owner) recent arrest for kidnapping and terrorizing an employee (see http://www.nj.com/hobokennow/index.ssf/2009/12/jerry_carter_a_hoboken_busines.html for details as published in the Jersey Journal December 8, 2009), but our experience has been very difficult. I would avoid this company completely.
