I was contacted by a person posing as a buyer for my timeshare, Larry & Michelle McDaniel who lived in CA. first why would a couple who lives in california want a timeshare in MD? clue #1. second, funding agent (John Dilly) phone # was google phone #, clue #2. third, funding agent gave different address than email received and that came from a third person (James Clark), last clue. I sent an email to the James Clark stating I would not be sending any money. He told me I had to pay 1/2 of the transfer fees. Still no. I wanted to get all this across to them before they disconnected the phone #s and moved on to the next mark. Please do not do any business with First Step funding it looks real but is a bogus company website.
