EADIE SMITH OF FIRST TEXAS HOMES USED THERE OWN LENDER STALLING THE LOAN PROCESS SO THEY COULD KEEP MY $4000 DOWN PAYMENT,SHE HAD RECIEVED A DENIAL LETTER FROM ANOTHER LENDER LONG BEFORE THE CONTRACT DUE DATE ON THE FHA LOAN I WAS APPLYING FOR.THEY DONT RETURN MY CALL AND I HAVE EMAILS PROVING WHAT THEY HAD DONE, THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED BY THE IRS AND THEY FEDS FOR CONSUMER FRAUD.
