First Texas Homes Very Non Professional Worst Customer Services Unorganized And Poor Construction Material Used Dallas Frisco Plano, Texas

We have been doing new home research since 2008. We want to buy in Frisco TX. Frisco TX area is very boring and roads are very narrow there. We have been visiting   Landon Homes, Gehan homes, Dress Homes, First Texas Homes, DR Horton, Ashton Woods. We were amazed to see the big homes  from First Texas Homes in Frisco TX.But when were started to close on first Texas Homes we started to see their unprofessionalism, poor customer services, careless attitude and use of poor construction material in building. First Texas really doesn't care about their customers. First Texas promised us to upgrade Jack And Jill bathroom downstairs into full bathroom and put hardwood floors. But as we were ready to close on the house they started become rude and rude. 

We completed two walks with their builder but they haven't even looked into the cracks or paint or any open issues.They just removed our marking tapes and nothing was done inside the home. Their attitude was so rude and so unprofessional that its was a pain to purchase their inventory home. They have now broken their promise to upgrade Jack And Jill into full bathroom and hardwood floors.We have still not paid them and at this time their attitide is so rude I dont know what will happen once we have closed on this home.For everything their answer is just no.
