I ordered what I thought was a Star Trac Recumbent Bike. FB Website shows a Star Trac, I asked for a Star Trac because that is the Recumbent Bike my wife and I have been using at our local YMCA for the past 7 months. I learned later that our salesman switched it to a Cybex. Why would I order a brand that I have never heard of? My salesman promised delivery in 7-14 days as well as set up in our home. Then I learned that was extra $$. I dug a little deeper and discovered the "switch," a Cybex instead of Star Trac. I cancelled the order only to discover I would have to pay for return shipping and 20% restocking fee. Stay away from Fitness Blowout.
