fitness blowout fraudulantly charging for a product i never received to ruin my credit los angeles, California

i am being charged by this company for a product i cancelled.after i cancelled  back in april of 2011 i was informed of a 20% restocking fee plus shipping fees that i'd have to pay for cancelling.an amount that was well over 800 dollars.What ? i cancelled 14 hours after i placed the order.no way i should have to pay these charges.product could never had left their plant that fast..well, long story short,instead of charging the over 800.00 in fees ..they are charging the entire cost of the product i ordered but never received. i sent a dispute letter to the credit card company ,(which by the way, i was smart enough to apply for thru them ,so as not to lose any money,)and was told the current balance was correct.this company is scamming ppl .please look them up at the bbb site,consumers complaint sites,etc.do not use them.they have changed their name a few times.wonder y..u would b wise to steer clear..i will never order on line from a company i never heard of or ever again unless its thru my amazon acct
