Fitness Repair Parts sold me a defective AC adapter for my elliptical and won't back their product.  I paid their recommended service tech $85 to diagnose the problem with our machine and he said we had been sent a defective adapter.  Fitness Repair Parts will not take the reutrn becuase it's 7 days outside their short 15 day return period.  The part was defective to begin with.  I assume that they just sell defective parts and then hope that the customer doesn't read the fine print and return to them within 15 days.  Had the adapter been new and working condition I would not of had to WAIT and hire a repair tech to diagnose the probelm as being DEFECTIVE PARTS FROm FITNESS REPAIR PARTS.  Absolutely horrible customer service and do not care about their customers.  Fitness Repair Parts is a SCAM!!!
