Fitness Repair Parts Stay Away- Complete Scam Wentzville Missouri

I purchased a Heart Rate Monitor with an ear clip from these folks with the assurance that it was the correct one for my Airdyne. The plug on the device did not match the one on my monitor despite the assurance from their on-line tech that it was the correct one. A quick call to Schwinn confirmed that their claim was bogus.  I spent $41 including shipping and handing for this device (their listed price was $14.95).  By the time I got done with re-stocking charges, return postage, etc., I was up to $37.  Not worth it.  Put it on eBay.  It sold to an appropriate buyer (I put up warnings) for $18.99.  These folks do not tell the truth and they do not back up their products.
