Fitness Works Cancelation, Cancel Mesa Arizona

I canceled my member ship on Feb 17 and was told that I would be charged two additional times per the cancelation policy. I accepted that even though I thought that was a rip off especially because I wasn't going to be going back. I just bit the bullet and paid. They gave me a piece of paper saying that it was canceled, I signed their little screen, but for some reason that cancelation was not saved in the system and they continue to charge my card.

I assume there may have been some glitches when moving locations and that is forgivable, but the fact that I am not receiving a refund for the extra charge is really upsetting. I asked when the last time I went in and they told me on March 18th, which is not true either. My guess is while doing the change they had to transfer records and it shows me as "visited." Lastly, I pointed out the billing irregularity and they brushed it off.

I was very disappointed by the service and resolution that was not provided.
