Save yourself some time and do not hire this company!!! 6 weeks later we finally have a fence...a poor quality fence. The fence wasn't installed as I originally requested. Mario recommended a different layout due to the retaining wall in our back yard and I think the end product looks terrible.

Mario had his crew install 2 gates with mis-matching hardware. According to him, he is not able to install matching hardware due to one of his many excuses. He didn't install lattice on the gates per the requirement of the HOA and had to convince the HOA that he was unable to put lattice on the gates. The HOA finally approved the gates, but I am still a dissatisfied customer.

There were no updates on why the fence was not installed in a timely manner unless WE called him for an update. Each time my husband was finally able to get Mario on the phone, promises were made but there was never any follow through until I threatened to get my money back.

Thank goodness I know better and only paid him a 50% deposit initially (even though he asked for payment in full upfront). I am convinced had we paid him in full initially, had I NOT threatened to get my deposit back, and had I NOT threatened to file an official complaint with the BBB, we would still have no fence. I am so tempted not to pay him the remainder of the quote for another 6 weeks based on principle alone, however, my husband makes a great point...he just wants this lousy business man out of our lives for good.
