Five Star Fencing Worst service I have ever experienced! Do not hire this fencing company!! Canton, Georgia

Five Star Fencing LLC never completed our fence. They did place the gates correctly on the posts of the fence nor did they install the metal frame work on the gate of the fence as promised in our contract.
 
 We hired Five Star Fencing LLC to install a picket fence on our property. We have been working with the owner of the company Mario Sorriano. He is the only person we've dealt with when it came to the contract. The contract he gave us list a different address than the address that is listed on the company's website. The address on the contract I have is 6175 Hickory Flat Highway, Suite 110-362, Canton GA 30115. Mario told us the fence would be installed the last week of March and that it would take 2 days total to complete the job. I paid for the fence in full via check. My check posted on 3/15/11. The crew did not start on the job until April 11th and it took from April 11th - April 23rd to install the fence.

The work crew made several mistakes during that 12 day period. They placed 2 fence posts in the wrong location causing a delays. This is why a job that should have been completed in 2 days took 12 days.  One of the posts that they placed incorrectly corresponded to the gates that open to allow us to pull into our driveway. The fence is still not complete because Mario has not come back to install the metal frame work on those gates of the fence. He told me he would come out to the house to install the metal frame work a the week of April 25th.  As if July 1st the job was not completed. I have called him and left him messages. He will not answer my call nor return the message I have left for him. I have tried to reach him on the number listed on the contract 678-445-9896 which is his cell phone.

The week of July 18th Mario showed up on my property saying he wanted to talk to me about completing the fence, hanging the gates correctly and adding the metal frame work. He said and I quote "I want to do right by you". I agreed to give him a second chance. He said that he'd have metal frames made and that the job should be completed in 2 weeks. As of the beginning of  he had still not come back out to the house to finish the job.  I called him and told him I did not want him back on my property and that I was tired of being jerked around.
