Five Star Placement Steve Houk, Jon Rios, Michael Nordness BEWARE - These guys will bill your CC and you will not get services or your money back!! Anaheim CA

Beware of these guys! Steve Houk contacted me via telephone soliciting service for Google placement and after I contracted with them they billed the CC and then complete dropped off the face of the map. They screen their calls and you must leave a voicemail to get in touch with them. I have spoken with Steve Houk (initially), and then when he couldn't be reached I called from multiple numbers and made contact with multiple emails. Eventually I spoke with Jon Rios who informed me that they would refund the money and not to press charges or file bad complaints. After two months of going around with them about this (a refund of approx $446) then I spoke with Michael Nordness who told me the same thing and that the check was in the mail. To date, nothing from these guys and I can't even get a courtesy of a call back... I have multiple emails from them stating that they would refund the money and appologies on that, that it was an oversight, but please don't file charges or negative feedback. 

   Guess what Jon, Steve, and Michael. Times up. Now I start to file charges and reports with any agency that I can and we'll see how big the internet is.... 

   First stop. Anaheim District Attorneys Office. 

   Next:  Better Business Bureau and Ripoff Report

   Every Social Media outlet that I have access to. 

   And then we're going to get closer to home any agency that I can find in Anaheim that may have some authority over your operation. 

   Is it worth all this over $448... No. but now its the principle of the matter. Now you've made me mad by lying to my face about it and I have the emails to prove it.
