Fiverr alitashi Failed to provide website and refused refund Internet

They connected me to a website developer in Pakistan going by the name of alitashi. He was supposed to provide an 8-page website for Wordapress with a landing page, using MailChimp and ecommerce capability using WooCommerce. We wnet back and forth for a couple of weeks. Everything was inappropriate and embarrassing. I sent him some graphics as an idea of what I was looking for and 3 pages of text that I wanted to use. In return I got 3 pages which used one of the graphics and 2 short sentences, 1 line of text that I had sent. I wonder how he did that as he claimed I sent him no text. There was a page for a blog that I had said I didn't need. It didn't work. A contact page that also failed to function and a home page with the graphic and text I described.. No landing page. No cart. No ecommerce functionality. I asked for a refund but they had already paaid him several days before he dolivered anything. Also, he put that garbage live on my site without my knowledge. Fiverr kept saying to get back together. I did a couple of times but it was obvious he was not capable of doing the work. Then thay claimed that I had failed to reject his work within 3 days. I have the correspondense proving I rejected it within a couple of hours. Thhey Lie. They refuse to refund my money. They refuse to put me together with someone who can do the work.
