Flagship Van Lines They billed my credit card for $890.01 and no service was performed. They will not return calls or emails. Guilford CT

In early July 2018 I scheduled a move with Flagship Van Lines after they reached out to me through a moving search service. I scheduled a tentative move date, gave them my credit card number, but did not sign their docusign document. (They told me they would not charge my acct unless I did sign the docusign document.) I also canceled my move by phone and email and they still took $890 from me.I have been trying to resolve this issue by email and by phone but they must have blocked my number because no matter what extension I call, no matter how many times a day it goes straight to voicemail. And no one has returned my emails.I am now going to have to try to get my credit card company involved to get my money back. I think I have been scammed.

I filed a report with the Office of the Inspector General at the Dept of Transportation and am also going to report them to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. 

I just saw brand new news online that they are part of a group indicted on racketeering and the BBB bureau of Connecticut just issued a warning on them.
