My son was recently employed with this company.  Working with this company is the worst decision he has made. 

After not getting a load for almost 3 weeks, he looked elsewhere for employment.  He was offered another job, and went to the orientation for that job.  His Dac record had been pulled and was fine at that time.  The company required information from his previous employer,  which Mr. Patterson did not want to provide.  After being made to comply and furnish the information, my son's DAC record was pulled again, and lo and behold, Mr. Patterson had posted negative information(read as false) to the record.  So he costed my son that employment.

This man seems to think that he can affect someone's livelihood at his whim. I understand he can not even operate anymore under his own name, so that says something about him. Something needs to be done with the corrupt practices that this man uses.

This man is a liar and a cheat and should not be allowed to conduct business in the state of Alabama, under his name or anyone else's.

Drivers Beware!  Stay far, far away from this company!
