Flat Creek Transportation - Charles Patterson sent false info to company applied to Kinston , Alabama

I worked for FlatCreek Transportation for 8 months. I never had a late load and never refused a load, even thou I knew I would be laid over for days after delivery. I put an app in with a different company because I have young children and needed insurance for them. The company I put in with sent a request for my employment info. It took Charles Patterson over a month to send the info and in the process I called to find out when I was to leave out again. I was informed by my co-driver that they told him I had called that morning and quit, which I had not. I called Flatcreek to find out what had happened and they told me I was fired for "being unloyal to the company". I called the other company to find out if FlatCreek had sent my info and they told me I couldn't be hired because the report that Charles had sent said I had wrecked two trucks, I have never wrecked an 18 wheeler. And Charles left the drug screen question blank, implying I failed a drug test, which I did not. Since then I haven't been able to get a job truckdriving and have had to do part time work to try to cover my bills. they have ruined my chances of doing a job I love because they want to be petty.
